Just have to share this stunning engagement shoot in rural Ireland with you. Maggie and Trey popped over from the USA to Ireland with some friends for a short holiday. They chose me to photograph their engagement session and this is how we got on.
Engagement Shoot in Rural Ireland, Maggie & Trey
Maggie & Trey decided to abandon their travel buddies for a few hours to take advantage of an engagement shoot in rural Ireland with yours truly in beautiful Co Wicklow. Collecting them from a nearby train station we set off initially for Glendalough before making our way back towards Dublin through the incredible countryside. This was their first time being photographed together so there were a few nerves but they soon disappeared when they realised that there was nothing to be worried about. The evening light was amazing even though the sun stayed behind cloud for the duration of our time together.
After trekking through the woods and Glendalough lake for an hour, we jumped back into the car and traveled a few kms to one of my secret destinations. A few more stop-offs at some other locations and we were done. A beautiful set of images in the camera to be edited over the following few days before delivering via an online gallery to Maggie & Trey.
