Nestled in Co Wicklow, Mary and Conor had their incredible Autumn Wedding at Tinakilly House not so long ago. Here is how they got on..!
Autumn Wedding at Tinakilly House
Tinakilly House is a dream wedding venue with its beautiful house, gardens and marquee. Never disappoints so all us wedding photographers and videographers love to work there. First though I was off to Druids Glen where Conor and the guys were getting ready and the Whiskey was opened nice and early..!
No whiskey for the girls though back at Tinakilly House. Hair and makeup was in full swing by the time I got there as was the Ireland v New Zealand Rugby match but lets not mention that…!
The Ceremony
The wedding ceremony was held in the beautiful little church in Kilquade. By the time the ceremony was due to start the rain that had been moving closer and closer to Wicklow all morning finally made it and the heavens opened. It was wet. I mean seriously wet… When the ceremony ended and it was time to travel back to Tinakilly, it was still wet… But just as I started on Mary and Conor’s couple photos, in true David Duignan fashion, the rain stopped. Yay yet another wet wedding turned good…!
Relieved that we managed to get outside for some photos, we then did all the family photos outside the main house before Mary and Conor unleashed themselves on their guests.
Eventually the dinner bell sounded and everybody made their way into the marquee for dinner, speeches and eventually that opportunity where everybody gets a chance to make a show of themselves – the dancing.
Thank you..!
Again a brilliant day and a great couple who were up for anything. Thanks so much to Mary and Conor for choosing me to be their wedding photographer. It was a pleasure…
