I hadn’t had a Summerhill House Hotel Wedding for several years so I was really looking forward to going backing there and shooting the wedding of Janet & Keith last spring. Summerhill House is a lovely popular wedding venue in picturesque village of Enniskerry Co Wicklow.

First though, both groom and bridal preps took place in different houses in Dublin and I was able to cover both as they were both close by. Preps done, it was onto the lovely St Mary’s Church in Enniskerry for the wedding ceremony. We got to take all the family photos there after the ceremony followed by photos of the bride and groom in woods close-by. We had beautiful light for the wedding photos with the sun at times filtering in through the forest. Just magical..!

As everything was based in Enniskerry the bride and groom had ample time back in Summerhill House for mingling with their guests and getting a few more photos with their energetic young kids..!

This  is a gorgeous wedding venue tucked away on the outskirts of Dublin and with lovely photo opportunities in the grounds and close by. Definitely recommend anybody have a look if you are thinking of getting married.
