Dunboyne Castle Gay Wedding

Callum & Ed’s Dunboyne Castle gay wedding last summer was a fantastic celebration between Scots and Irish.

Dunboyne Castle Gay Wedding

There’s always a different vibe at a same sex wedding which I love. There is less tradition and formalities and more focus on the love and bond between the couple and their families and guests. It just seems to be more apparent at a gay wedding and I pick up on it the moment I start at the venue. This was definitely the case with Callum & Ed’s wedding at Dunboyne Castle last summer. This time I wasn’t starting at the groom prep but from the ceremony which was held in the castle. It was an intimate affair with close friends and family invited. The emotions and tears started as soon as the two grooms made their entrance to the ceremony. Emotional vows were made and then the emotionally charged room turned instantly to joy as grooms and guests started singing and dancing.

And so the day continued. More emotional speeches and surprise singing performances from wedding guests  before dinner was served.

Two grooms who were the best of craic to work with made this a really delightful wedding to photograph. Loved every minute of it.

Here is a quick snapshot of their wedding day below.
