Next stop Navan for Dee & Steven’s stunning Boyne Hill House wedding during summer 2021.
Dee & Steven’s stunning Boyne Hill House wedding
Boyne Hill House, near Navan in Co. Meath, is one of my favourite venues — a beautiful old house with a fantastic walled garden for ceremonies and portraits. Dee & Steven’s wedding here was a small, intimate one, and it’s exactly the kind of day my natural, documentary style suits best: no big staged group shots, just genuine moments as they happened, from getting ready right through to their first dance.
Smaller, more intimate weddings tend to be far more relaxed for everyone involved — less fuss, less waiting around, and I find both brides and grooms enjoy the day more when it’s not built around a big guest list. Dee and Steven were a great example of that: totally relaxed, and clearly having a great time all day.
Photos were taken in the walled garden for a short while before dinner in a beautifully appointed room in the old house.
Dee & Steven’s stunning Boyne Hill House wedding was such a lovely wedding to be part of. Thank you so much to Dee and Steven for choosing me to be their photographer at the stunning Boyne Hill House. Really looking forward to working there again.
